At The Aloft Collective, we believe luxury should have no borders. To ensure your order reaches you with the smallest carbon footprint and the fastest delivery time, we utilize a global network of craft printing partners.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to over 50 countries. Depending on your location, your order will be routed to our nearest hub in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Europe.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Note: All orders are tracked from our hub to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, our team of five in Canowindra will make it right immediately.

Please contact hello@thealoftcollective.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
